1. General Terms

The website buvmix.lv is maintained by SIA “Buvmix”, registered in the Republic of Latvia. The site is intended for a catalog of building materials and for ordering goods online.

2. Ordering Procedure

An order is considered confirmed at the moment the customer receives a confirmation email. Prices are indicated with VAT. The company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made within 5 working days after receiving the invoice, unless otherwise agreed. For large orders, a 50% advance may be requested.

4. Delivery and Returns

Delivery conditions and the return procedure are described on the Delivery page. Goods can be returned within 14 days if the product has not been used.

5. Limitations of Liability

SIA “Buvmix” is not responsible for losses due to improper use of goods or damaged delivery if the customer has not informed about it within 5 working days. We are not responsible for the availability of the website and possible technical interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — texts, images, logos — is the property of SIA “Buvmix” or is used with permission. Copying or using it without written permission is prohibited.
