RADIATOR COLOR (A-BASE) 0.45L

Water-based alkyd enamel is designed for painting cast iron, steel, and aluminum radiators, both new and previously painted with alkyd enamels. It creates a light-resistant satin finish that can withstand temperatures up to +100 °C. The A base can be used as white enamel or can be tinted in light shades.

USAGE:

For priming steel and cast iron surfaces, use GF-021 primer, NOVAKOR, NEOSPRINT PRIMER or RIATOR PRIMER. For aluminum surfaces, use NEOSPRINT PRIMER or VL-02. Before painting, rust and other dirt must be removed from the surfaces, and any poorly adhering old paint must also be removed from previously painted surfaces. Before use, the enamel should be thoroughly mixed and, if necessary, diluted with water to the working viscosity. Paint clean, dry surfaces in 1–2 coats with a brush, roller, or sprayer. The air temperature should be no lower than +10 °C, and the painted radiator should not exceed +50 °C. The relative humidity should not exceed 85%. The drying time of the enamel at +20 °C is 6 hours. When painting in two coats, wait 10 hours at +20 °C before applying the second coat. The consumption of enamel for one coat is from 7 to 10 m²/l depending on surface characteristics and coat thickness. Tools can be washed with water. Store in a well-ventilated place, tightly sealed in packaging, at a temperature of +5 °C to +30 °C.
