PRIMER-ENAMEL ANTI-RUST 2.7L RED

Fast-drying, corrosion-protective modified primer paint on a resin base for the protection and finishing of metal (steel) surfaces. For steel constructions, metal poles, partitions, fences, doors, gates, railings, trailers, and other metal surfaces both outside and inside. Painting of technological production equipment is also possible. After drying, it forms a hard, abrasion-resistant, semi-gloss coating. The paint can be tinted.

Surface preparation.

Before applying the anti-corrosion primer to steel surfaces, they must be cleaned of dirt, corrosion products (rust), and grease. If the surface cannot be completely cleaned of rust stains, loose rust must be removed, and the surface should be sanded using sanding tools (abrasive paper, wire brush, grinder, etc.). However, the anti-corrosion protection in this case will be lower.

Priming before painting is not necessary. The white base A is used for producing lighter colors. Before use, mix well and, if necessary, dilute with waiting solvent or another type of thinner (0-5% volume, if applied with a roller or brush) to the desired consistency. These thinners are also used for cleaning the tools used. Application by spraying is only allowed in industrial painting workshops. Air and surface temperature range: from +5 °C to +35 °C. Relative humidity must not exceed 85%. On a clean and dry surface, apply 2 layers of anti-corrosion primer with a brush, roller, or airless spray gun (nozzle diameter: 0.011"-0.017"). The drying time for one layer is 10 hours (+20 °C) or 14 hours (+10 °C). Store in a tightly sealed container, away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.

Required amount of paint. Coverage for one coat (depending on thickness) is indicated in the table. The recommended thickness of one coat is approximately 50-70 μm.
