Joker - wall paints with ecological certification
Description
Solvent-free matte acrylic interior paints, which are durable against cleaning.
Properties
Used for plaster, concrete, putty, brick, wood, and drywall surfaces indoors. Suitable for both new and previously painted surfaces. Not suitable for painting doors and furniture.
Application
intended for the walls and ceilings of living rooms, bedrooms, children's rooms, hallways, kitchens, and other similar dry rooms.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
Conditions for Application
The surface to be painted must be clean and dry. The surrounding temperature should not be lower than +5 ºC, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
Surface Preparation
Untreated surface. Remove dirt and dust. If necessary, level with the appropriate “Presto” putty, and after drying, sand and remove sanding dust. Prime, for example, with “Varma Primer”.
Previously painted surface. Rinse with diluted cleaning agent “Maalipesu” and thoroughly rinse with water. Polish glossy surfaces to a matte finish and carefully remove polishing dust. Treat cracks and holes with appropriate “Presto” putty, and after drying, sand and remove polishing dust. If necessary, prime, for example, with “Varma Primer”.
Dilution
Dilute with water (use up to 10% of the volume).
Application
Before using the paint, mix well and dilute with water if necessary. Apply 1–2 coats with a roller, brush, or spray.
Tool Cleaning
Remove paint residues and rinse with water. For slightly hardened paint, clean with the tool cleaning agent “Pensselipesu”.
Surface Maintenance
The painted surface can be cleaned no earlier than one month after painting. The dirty surface can be cleaned with a neutral (pH 6–8) cleaner, using a sponge or cloth. Very dirty surfaces can be cleaned with a weakly alkaline (pH 8–10) cleaner, using a sponge or cloth. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly. Dilute the cleaner according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Under normal conditions, the paint coat fully cures and gains the necessary durability in about a month, so for a few weeks, use the painted surfaces very carefully. If you need to clean sooner, gently wipe with a damp cloth.
Touch-up Painting
The surface painted with “Joker” paints can be repainted with the same or similar type of water-based paints. See “Surface Preparation”
