PRODUCT FEATURES
Makroflex WHITETEQ Thermal & Sound is a new generation of white polyurethane foam made from purified and concentrated ingredients. Thanks to the WHITETEQ polymer purification technology, maximum foam hardening efficiency is achieved, characterized by a snow-white color, an exceptionally fine pore structure, and high resistance to UV radiation. The cured foam has the highest thermal insulation capacity (0.0303 W/mK) and sound insulation properties (63 dB). The WHITETEQ technology also provides an extremely low expansion pressure, making it very comfortable to work with, while 25% plasticity ensures long-lasting insulation - compensating for, for example, joint movement caused by temperature expansion. Due to the precise balance of open and closed cells and mechanical strength, it is an ideal product for labor-intensive insulation work.
The Makroflex WHITETEQ Thermal & Sound foam is very easy to use, thanks to the straw. The foam adheres well to most construction materials such as wood, stone, metal, etc. The amount of cured foam mainly depends on working conditions - temperature, air humidity, expansion location, etc. At low temperatures, the foam expands less, and curing takes longer. The product does not contain CFC propellants.
