MRP-E / Mineral Decorative Plaster (rain)
- For creating decorative surfaces on reinforced plaster of thermal insulation systems and other mineral substrates.
- For indoor and outdoor work.
- Vapor permeable.
- In white color. Other colors can be obtained using SAKRET mineral pigments or by tinting with SAKRET KS, SAKRET FM, SAKRET SKF (SILICON) paint.
- Not suitable for plastering skirting boards!
Application
- The substrate must be completely cured, dry, level, and clean, free of cracks. Unstable, flaking areas as well as dust, dirt, oil, paint residues, and other debris that reduce adhesion to the substrate must be removed.
- The substrate should be primed with SAKRET PG primer.
- The dry mixture is poured into a clean container with clean, cool water and mixed until homogeneous, without hardened lumps of mixture. To avoid color differences, water should be dosed accurately, and the entire contents of the bag should be mixed! After 5 minutes of maturation, mix again.
- The prepared mortar is applied to the surface with a metal trowel or spatula in a layer equal to the size of the largest grains. The decorative surface is formed using horizontal or vertical movements with a plastic trowel.
- The non-dried surface should be protected from atmospheric precipitation, direct sunlight, and frost.
Additional Instructions
- In all cases, follow the information indicated on the material packaging or in the accompanying documents first!
- All rules for safe transport, storage, and work must be observed! The dry mixture contains cement and lime, and a caustic reaction occurs with water. Eyes and skin should be protected!
- Store materials only in their original, sealed packaging.
- Materials should not be poured into soil, water bodies, or sewage.
- Do not dilute curing mortar with water. Uncured mortar should be protected from direct sunlight, drafts, and high temperatures (above +25°C).
- Clean tools and vessels immediately after work. Cured mortar is removed only mechanically.
- Empty packaging should be disposed of according to local waste management regulations.
- In case of uncertainty, contact the seller or SAKRET specialists.
