Colorless wood antiseptic Okko - ready-to-use liquid fungicidal and insecticidal product designed for the long-term protective treatment of wood against mold, wood-boring insects, and fungi. Suitable for wood protection both indoors and outdoors. It should not be used on wood that comes into direct contact with the ground and water.
Instructions for Use
The product is ready to use. Shake well before use. Before application, clean wood surfaces from dust, dirt, bark residues, and old paint. The wood should be treated at ambient temperatures between +5 and +30 °C. Recommended use according to EN 335:
- indoor consumption rate - 340 g/m², by coating or spraying (min. 2 times), soaking (min. 1 hour);
- outdoor consumption rate - 680 g/m², by coating or spraying (min. 3 times), soaking (min. 8 hours).
- Only with suitable topcoat, coating or spraying with the next layer is possible on a dry surface (after 4–24 hours).
- Duration of protection for primed wood: indoors - unlimited duration (regular inspection), outdoors - at least 10 years, followed by regular inspections every 2 years.
- Use biocidal products safely. Always read the label and product information before use.
